Hey everybody, I read a lot about how to prepare kava so I'n good on that front. However, from what I've seen on websites selling kava (such as Fiji Vanua Kava) it looks like the root has to be ground very fine. Do I need to grind this until it's like a powder?? Thank you

I have 100g, no idea what strain, or even if it us instant, powder or what. I mixed a spoonful with some apple juice, and drunk it. It dissolved pretty well so I am guessing it is instant kava. I'm not expecting much due to the reverse tolerance. I am very sleepy anyway.

I leave kava in the sieve in water for 8 hrs when I’m at work. I prepare it by adding kava into the sieve then water and knead then I leave for work and when I come home I’ll drink the kava. Is this comprising the effect of the kava?
