Influencers will receive compensation according to the terms of the campaign. Brands must complete payments on time. OnionPose is not responsible for direct payment disputes between users but may assist in mediation when possible.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresentation of profile, audience, or deliverables.
• Unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
• Attempting to bypass OnionPose systems for direct deals without disclosure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on OnionPose, except user-generated content, is the property of OnionPose and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any material without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the integrity of the platform.

OnionPose provides the platform on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or results from using our Services.
